Clan Rules

1. All clan members and potential recruits are to abide by the spirit of the clan rules.
THE MINIMUM AGE FOR MEMBERSHIP IS 18 YRS OF AGE

2. You must be over 18 years of age to be accepted into the Clan.
TEAM SPEAK – NOT OPTIONAL

3. It is a condition of membership that you use Team Speak this is not optional, it may mean you have to purchase a headset with microphone. If you have to be constantly reminded to be in Team Speak after the third reminder you will kicked from the clan. You can be in multiply Team Speak (TS) Servers at once if no one is in ReaperzZ TS then simply go to a AFK or Chill Channel while your in another server.

4. When in TeamSpeak you are not to abuse anyone other member – PERIOD! Examples of abuse are; Racial abuse, Sexual innuendo, Name Calling, Bulling or Swearing at a fellow member.
YOUR APPLICATION

5. Once you lodge an application, after a period of time when we are sure you have met everyone, members, will be given the opportunity to vote on your application and 51% of the total vote must be reached before you will be accepted into the clan (In exceptional circumstances the Admins may intervene). How soon the vote happens is up to you, the more you are in teamspeak the better opportunity you have to meet the members. Limited exposure in Teamspeak means it will take longer to meet the members and will delay your vote. This is also true for shy members, as if you don’t speak much then members will take longer to get to know you, which will delay your vote. Bottom line once you become a ReaperzZ member we expect you to be in Teamspeak joining in any discussions, gaming and having fun with your clan mates.
CLAN TAGS

6. Once you have been voted into the clan you will be expected to wear ReaperzZ (RprZ) Tags all times. If you pull your Tags off for any reason this will be taken as your resignation from the clan.
CLAN DECISIONS

7. The Majority of Clan decisions will be taken by the Administration however consultation with members may also occur.

8. General Clan Policy, Normal day to day running of the Clan will generally occur without consultation of the Clan Members, however you are always free to raise your opinions or suggestions with the Admins. Who are Clan Admins? Anyone with a level7 or higher, Admin, Leader or Chief against their name.
SCRIMS

9. If selected you are expected to play Clan Matches (Scrims) as they occur, once in a clan match you are to remain in the match until its conclusion. You are not to RAGE quit while in game. You can quit a game where all members of the match agree to leave together.
HACKING

10. We have no tolerance for CHEATING, HACKING or GLITCHING in game in this Clan. If you are caught doing any of these things you will be KICKED and banned from the Clan, this includes the Gaming and Team Speak servers for life.
TEAM VIEWING

11. It is a condition of joining the Clan that if asked by an Admin you submit to a teamview, this only occurs where a genuine concern is raised with the Clan, you are hacking in game. You have two options at this point;

Submit to a team view or
exit the clan.

12. Should you choose to exit the clan it will be taken as an admission of guilt and you will be permanently banned from our servers for life. A public post may also be made advising the gaming community of the outcome.
FORUMS – FACEBOOK

13. You are not to post any offensive material in the forums or on Facebook. Offensive material could include pornography, obscene photos, or just postings in bad taste.
13.1 You are not to cut and paste any material from the closed forums or share clan only posts from Facebook. Doing any of these things will result in an instance kick and ban from all forums/facebook/servers. If you breach this rule you will NEVER be allowed back into the ReaperzZ clan.
ADMINS

14. You are to follow directions from the Administrators in the running of the clan. If you cannot resolve your issue with a Admin then raise it with DirtyB. If you cannot follow directions then it’s best you don’t apply for the clan. We’d rather have a friend that didn’t join the clan than a Wanker kicked from the clan.
FUNDING OF SERVERS

15. Funding of the servers is via DirtyB, you are under no obligation to pay anything at all. If you want to assist you are welcome to make a donation via the website. For clarity purposes while donations are gratefully accepted making a donation does not confer any special privileges or ownership rights onto the donor irrespective of the amounts donated. Donations are also non-refundable once made, so think carefully before you make a donation.
GAMING WITH THE CLAN

16. It is expected you will be in game and gaming with your clan mates whenever you are online, this extends to helping start the servers. If there is no one in the ReaperzZ Clan Servers/TS3 you are more than free to join another Game Server or Teamspeak no one expects you to be in an empty Server by yourself. However once ReaperzZ Teamspeak fills up you will be expected to return and be active within with the Clan. There are dedicated channels for members to be AFK in for example “AFK/Chill/In Another Teamspeak Channel” when online and gaming. You can open a new Teamspeak tabs at the same time to join another server just ask the Admins how to do this if your unsure.
NON CLANS GAMES OR SERVERS

17. If you are continually observed to be in NON Clan games/servers and we are having to remind you to “get your arse in teamspeak soldier”, we will take this as your resignation from the Clan.
CLAN ABSENSES

18. We understand this is a game and meant to be fun, however, a condition of keeping your TAGs means gaming with your mates. No doubt the reason you joined the clan in the first place. Constantly being away or making Zero contact with the Clan will result in an automatic kick after 4 weeks. To be clear its not on our duty statement to have to track you down and ask if you have left the clan, remember it was you who applied to join us NOT the otherway around. If you are going on holidays or are away with work etc just make a post on the website saying you will be away until XXXX date, then no one will be looking around for you.
RESIGNATIONS

19. Leaving the clan, the correct way to exit and to ensure you are welcome to return is just make a post and let us know in teamspeak, if you are embarrassed about leaving just make a post. That’s it end of issue, we thank you for being a part of ReaperzZ. If you just disappear, it raises a concerns as to whether or not you are alright, if you are alright it just pisses us off as we we didn’t know we should have been removing your access to Facebook, Webpage, Teamspeak, Game Server etc. If you do just exit without any comment, don’t expect a warm welcome or to be re accepted back to the clan. Telling us afterwards you left for a better clan and then you say you want to come back because that clan was “Just Shit Bro” does not equal a welcome return with DirtyB. (Yes DirtyB has a very very very long memory when it come to people burning off the clan!)

20. If you left the correct way, to be re-instated will require you to lodge a new application and will be subject to a clan vote.
BREACHES

21. Breaches of policy will be dealt with by the Admins/DirtyB.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

22. If you have a disagreement with members your only course of appeal is to and Admin or DirtyB, if you have an issue raise it with an Admin in the first instance, if you are still having an issue then raise it with DirtyB. If you are complaining about an Admin then raise it with directly with DirtyB remember DirtyB will generally side with the Admins.
PRIVACY

23. Members must not to divulge/bitch/post about members to anyone outside the clan! If you are caught coping and pasting material into other forums or running your mouth off to other clans as per the Forums/Facebook Policy you will be banned for life from all ReaperzZ Servers.
